"Music Dreams Come True" Concert @HKUST
The dream of some HKUST students to share the stage with the renowned violin virtuoso Yao Jue and the Hong Kong String Orchestra (HKSO) will soon come true! They are the participants of the Music Dreams Come True Mentorship Programme @HKUST, which is co-organized by HKSO and HKUST to nurture the music talents of our students and alumni. Their performance skills have been further enhanced through this challenging yet rewarding training by professional musicians.
The concert on March 23 is a must-see event of the HKUST Arts Festival 2017 program, Art · Sharing 藝術 · 共賞[享], in which the most cherished outcome of the mentorship will be witnessed and celebrated in the Hong Kong Jockey Club Atrium. The mentees are all appreciative of the mentors’ generous sharing of skills and knowledge, and of the invaluable opportunity to strive for the best with their teachers on the same stage.
